Day 11: Coffee
I love to hang out at Starbucks.
I trip plan there. I work on my monthly budget there. I write blog posts there. I read there. I hang out with my +1 there. Or catch up with a friend. Sometimes, I even craft there.
(but never, ever, do I hang out with my girls there. they get bored)
I find that if I try to stay home to do any of the above, I get distracted with things I "should" be doing.
So, I pack my tan tote bag full of supplies and settle in at a table or comfy chair and get "working".
But, it turns out that my vent iced white chocolate mocha with whip was not a healthy choice.
(I know, I was shocked too!)
In fact, I could not find a healthy option that involved any form of flavor and cream and sweetener.
No. I do not drink black coffee.
Wish I could. But I can't.
After weeks of searching for a low smart points coffee option, I finally found it.
3 shots of espresso on ice. In a venti cup. Then I pull a Premier Protein shake out of my tan tote bag, pour it in the giant cup, and stir.
And stir it a few more times.
Then drink it.
That's it. So simple. And inexpensive (around $2.65 for the 3 shots).
I have only tried this with the chocolate shake, but I'm hoping to get the caramel ones on my next Costco run.
All that goodness in a cup for 2 SP.
Remember, it's the little things.
