3 Fave Podcasts

1.  Happier with Gretchen Rubin

I'm a huge fan of the book The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin, and an even bigger fan of her podcast that she co-hosts with her sister, Elizabeth Craft.  They share tips and advice on how to cultivate happiness and good habits.  It's full of practical advice that's easy to incorporate into your own lives, and the episodes are usually around 40 minutes long, which feels just about right for my attention span.

2.  The Simple Show

I started following Tsh Oxenreider after I listened to her audio book Notes from a Blue Bike.  Tsh talks to other about their passions, whatever they are. The podcast is always interesting, since the topics vary so greatly.  Somehow, she makes you feel like you're sitting in her living room with a cup of coffee and just hanging out and listening to friends chat.  What's not to love about that?

3.  The Slow Home Podcast with Brooke McAlary

Brooke and her husband talk about living a more simple life. It's all about making choices to focus on what matters most to you. This year, they have a monthly project the family tries out, such as going screen-free, 8 hours of sleep, meditation, etc.  I've been enjoying listening to their honest feedback weekly.  And the Australian accent don't hurt either.

That was hard narrowing the list down to 3.  How about you? What are your favorite podcasts? I'm always looking for new one to try out.
